We just finished reading chapter four in the book Mr. Poppers Penguins. I decided to research about penguins. Penguins eat mainly fish but they will also eat squid, some shrimp like animals, and krill. Penguins can swim up to seven miles an hour. In Galapagos it is around 73 degrees Fahrenheit when in Antarctica wich is minus 58 degrees Fahrenheit. Emperor penguins are the largest.
I think penguins do eat a lot of fish. Also emperor penguins are pretty tall for a penguin.

DeleteI like the idea of researching about penguins. The picture of the emperor penguin really shows how tall it is.
ReplyDeleteAn emporer penguin is 3.6-4.3 ft.So yes that is pretty tall for a penguin.
